Homeware and Kitchenware Order Fulfillment
Homeware and Kitchenware Order Fulfillment
If you sell home and kitchen products, you already know the logistics side is anything but simple. SKU counts grow fast, products range from featherlight to seriously heavy, a good chunk of your catalog is breakable, and then Q4 hits, and your daily order volume can double almost overnight. On top of that, customers in this category have high expectations around how their order arrives. Nobody wants to open a box and find their items rattling around in an oversized carton with a single strip of bubble wrap.
All of that has to move through a fulfillment operation that keeps shipping costs in check, damage rates low, and delivery speeds consistent even during your busiest selling periods. And when something does come back as a return, you need a process that inspects it properly instead of blindly restocking items that might be compromised.
We've been doing this for over twenty years at Ops Engine. None of these challenges are new to us, and our facility, team, and systems are all set up around the realities of shipping home and kitchen products at volume.

We won't panic, because we plan for this. We look at your past sales and what you're expecting, then make sure we have enough people scheduled. We know homeware goes crazy during Christmas and wedding season. If needed, we'll work longer hours to get orders out the door.
Every brand is different. After we chat about your products and how many orders you ship, we'll give you a straightforward quote that covers storage, picking and packing, and any special handling. No hidden fees or "gotcha" charges that show up later.
No problem. We handle this all the time. Just send us your promotional materials, and we can flag certain orders to include free samples, discount cards, or special notes. We can set rules based on order value, specific products purchased, or customer location.
Cookware and Bakeware: Dutch ovens, frying pans, baking sheets, roasting pans. Scratch-free handling with protective separators and weight-rated boxes.
Utensils and Prep Tools: Spatulas, whisks, cutting boards, knife sets. Frequently sold as kits. We handle assembly and bundling.
Dinnerware: Plates, bowls, serving platters. Individual wrapping with structured internal box support.
Glassware and Fragile Items: Wine glasses, tumblers, vases. Double-boxed with cell dividers. Client breakage rates consistently below 1%.
Home Decor and Accessories: Candles, frames, wall art, seasonal items. Mixed fragility and irregular shapes, each with a matched packing approach.

Every brand that partners with Ops Engine gets a dedicated account manager who knows their catalog, their packing preferences, and their priorities. That person checks in on your account daily, catches issues early, adjusts processes when you launch new products or gear up for a busy season, and makes sure what leaves our facility matches what your customers expect to receive.
That moment when someone opens their order at home is your brand on the line. The packaging, the condition of the product, and whether it showed up when they were told it would. We don't treat that lightly.
Billing is transparent, communication is direct, and every operational decision ties back to what works for your business. That's how we work as your warehouse department, not just another vendor on your list.
