Where is your fulfillment center located?

How does your 3PL fulfillment center ensure accurate and timely order processing?
We utilize a cloud-based warehouse, inventory, order, and shipping systems to receive, manage, pick, pack, and ship inventory accurately and timely. Our four-part scan verification provides 99.99% accurate results receiving and outbound results. Inventory units are scanned for accuracy during receiving, storage, picking, and packaging.

Our operational rigor is beyond the industry's basic "pick, pack, and ship." We are professionally trained in lean management, the Toyota Way operations, root cause correction actions, thinking in solutions, Six Sigma, 5S methodology, and inventory methodologies (random stow, ABC, and others).

We are built bottom-up, not top-down, meaning we work for brand and employee values. Our brand-centric approach is embodied by a model we call "Your Warehouse Department," designed by our Founder and CEO, Arsen Janikyan, who has over two decades of operational excellence experience, including scaling an iconic American brand's operations like BuckMason.com as their VP of Operations.

Can you handle complex crowdfunding fulfillment projects with diverse backer requirements?
Absolutely! We utilize a rule engine to create automated workflows based on the destination, SKU, product name, order tags, and other order characteristics to handle complex fulfillment requirements.
What steps do you take to maintain inventory accuracy and prevent stockouts?
Accurate inventory management begins with a diligent receiving effort, workflows, and staff training.  The second most important aspect of accurate inventory management is reverse logistics, also referred to as returns management. Scanning during receiving for product verification, product put-away (stowing), order picking, and order packing are essential workflows to ensure accuracy.

Additionally, inventory status by product level and SKU is available in real-time, including sell-through reports.
How do you ensure the security and confidentiality of my products during storage and fulfillment?
Our founding and operating principles are in the order of importance: 1) Safety, 2) Quality, 3) Delivery, and 4) Cost Management.
We do not alter this order to ensure we perform at the highest capacity for our employees and clients. We believe that a safe, organized, and clean work environment promotes high-quality performance with a sense of urgency (delivery) and effective costs.

Our facility is secured with an alarm system, exterior cameras, and fire sprinklers. Access is monitored and limited, visits are scheduled, and high expectations are established for proper performance. Information is kept strictly in the cloud servers managed and monitored by our software provider.

Brands are welcome to obtain product insurance for their peace of mind. We can work with the Brand and its insurance provider to provide the necessary information.
