Where is OpsEngine’s fulfillment facility located?

Our facility is in California. Being on the West Coast gives faster inbound shipments from overseas and reliable transit across the US. It’s FDA registered, and all handling, storage, and inventory processes meet strict regulatory standards for hygiene and personal care products.

How does your facility ensure hygiene product safety and compliance?

We run documented procedures for product handling, storage cleanliness, and inventory traceability. Every process is designed with audit readiness in mind. If your brand carries specific regulatory requirements, we review those during onboarding and fold them into your day-to-day operation.

Do you only fulfill hygiene products, or other categories as well?

We fulfill a wide range of hygiene and personal care products, including skincare, hair care, body care, wellness supplements, OTC health products, and dental and oral hygiene products. We also handle household cleaning and specialty formulations. Mixed product lines are common and fully supported.

How do you handle hygiene products with short shelf life or tight expiration windows?

We use FEFO rotation, First Expired, First Out, so older stock always ships before newer stock. Every lot and expiration date gets tracked in the system, which means expired product does not sneak through, and you always know what needs to move and when.
