At OpsEngine, we manage shipping as a core part of your fulfillment operation.
We work with a broad carrier network so every order gets matched to the right shipping option based on destination, cost, and delivery window. For standard domestic orders, we ship through USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL eCommerce with negotiated rates that reflect the volume we move across all our brand partners. For international orders, we work with Zonos and Passport to manage customs clearance, duties, and cross-border logistics.
Because we ship on behalf of multiple brands, the rate savings we've built across this entire network get passed to our partners from day one, regardless of their current order volume. Our costs are based on our collective volume across all of our brand partners, not individual brands.

Yes. Most day-to-day orders move as small parcels through standard carriers, even at high volumes. Each one is processed, labelled, and tracked individually so it stays accurate and consistent, no matter how many orders are going out.
Shipments are monitored as they move through the network. If something falls outside the expected delivery window, it gets flagged and followed up. Issues like delays, missed scans, or delivery problems are handled directly, and claims are managed when needed.
Each order is evaluated based on where it’s going, how much it weighs, and how fast it needs to arrive. From there, the most suitable carrier and service level is selected so the shipment moves at the right speed without unnecessary cost.
Same-Day Shipping: Orders confirmed before our daily cutoff get picked, packed, labeled, and handed off to the carrier the same day, every day.
2-Day and Expedited Shipping: We pull live rates across UPS, FedEx, and regional carriers and select the service level that hits your customer's delivery window at the best available rate.
Standard Ground Shipping: Ground shipments run through USPS, UPS, and FedEx based on package weight, destination zone, and the best rate at the time the order is processed.
International Shipping: We ship globally through Zonos and Passport, both handling customs documentation, duty calculations, and carrier coordination on the receiving end so orders clear without delays or unexpected charges.
Freight and LTL Shipping: Large B2B and retail replenishment orders get palletized, booked through our LTL carrier network, and shipped with full documentation, BOLs, packing lists, and delivery confirmation included.
White Glove and Special Handling: Fragile, high-value, or oversized products get the right packaging, the right carrier, and signature confirmation or specialized delivery coordination set up before the order leaves our facility.
