Position Overview:

The ICQA Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inventory across the warehouse. This individual will be responsible for working inside the warehouse doing:

• Unloading truck and processing receiving records
• Creating back-stock pallet locations and storing inventory
• Working with the Receiving Team Lead on forward pick bin replenishments
• Confirming inventory accuracy through cycle counts

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts according to SOPs
• Investigate and reconcile inventory variances
• Confirming incoming inventory working with the Receiving Team Lead and Customer Service
• Work with leadership to improve inventory workflows and reduce errors
• Update the WMS (warehouse management system) of inventory discrepancies
• Participate in physical inventory and year-end counts

Qualifications:

• Prior inventory or warehouse experience in a fulfillment or logistics environment preferred
• Familiarity with working on a WMS systems (e.g., ShipHero, ShipStation, Logiwa, or other) is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Physically able to stand, walk, and lift boxes up to 30 lbs when needed

Compensation:

The current pay for an ICQA Warehouse Associate is $19 - $21.
